Rosa's Floristry was born from a simple belief: flowers have the power to say what words sometimes can't. Whether it's celebrating a milestone, offering comfort, or just brightening someone's day, we pour passion into every arrangement.

We source the freshest seasonal blooms and work closely with each customer to create something truly personal. No two arrangements are ever the same — because no two moments are.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We will contact you as soon as possible if a flower or product is unavailable and offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

2. Payment

Payment is required in full before orders are prepared. For wedding and event orders, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event date.

3. Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or amend a standard order. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a charge. Wedding and event bookings cancelled within 30 days of the event date will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.

4. Delivery

We deliver within a 15-mile radius of Chippenham, Wiltshire. Delivery charges may apply depending on distance — we will confirm this when you place your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries where no one is available to receive the flowers and no safe place has been agreed.

5. Refunds

Fresh flowers are perishable. We take great care in the quality of every arrangement. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo and we will do our best to make it right.
